| Limitations of Use |
| Clay pavers, PIC, Engineering Bricks, Quarry Tiles and Marble.
May reduce SRV to an unacceptable level (accordingly the use
of an anti-slip aggregate should be considered). |

Being aliphatic based it is temperature sensitive, if stored
at temperatures below 10 degrees C, the polymer may tend to
settle out of the solvent, as such ensure contents of container

thoroughly mixed. |

APPLICATION INFORMATION
|
| 1 Make sure the surface and jointing sand is THOROUGHLY DRY
and free from dirt. |
| 2 Ensure that RESIBLOCK ULTRA is only applied when there
is no risk of rain within the next 12 hours. |
| 3 Do not apply in extremes of temperature (below 3o C or
above 30o C). For temperatures above this range please consult
our
Technical Dept for specific application procedures |
| 4 Ensure paving is thoroughly swept and that no jointing
sand remains in the chamfers. |
| 5 Apply to surface using the RESIBLOCK ROLLER |
| 6 Allow first coat to become palm print dry and
immediately apply the second coat (the same day) |
| 7 Accurate application rates are critical to
ensure full surface and joint sealing . |
| 8 For surfaces that are considered to be a critical
safety issue, RESIBLOCK ULTRA can be specified having an anti-slip
aggregate added between the coats |
| 9 A MINIMUM of 3 hours and a MAXIMUM of 24 hours
between the first and second coats must be allowed. |
| 10 Avoid walking on the sealed area for 3 hours
after application and do not allow vehicular over-run for 48
hours. |
| 11 ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND GOGGLES.
NO SMOKING. WEAR A MASK WHEN WORKING CLOSE TO THE SURFACE.

| 12 All uncured ULTRA on tools should be cleaned
immediately using RESICLEAN. |

HEALTH & SAFETY
|
| PVC gloves and protective clothing/face shield
must be worn, plus use of a barrier cream on exposed areas
of skin, as uncured RESIBLOCK ULTRA may be considered a hazardous
material.
No smoking or naked flames to be allowed, as RESIBLOCK ULTRA is FLAMMABLE. Ensure area to be treated is well ventilated.
If public access is allowed, erect NO SMOKING signs and site
fire extinguishers
A mask of the recommended type is essential when using a
paintbrush, working close to the surface or internally. Sabre
or Martindale is recommended.
Do not apply RESIBLOCK ULTRA in the presence of foodstuffs.
Once fully cured RESIBLOCK ULTRA can be considered innocuous.
Do not clean hands with RESICLEAN as solvents may de-fat
skin leading to dermatological problems.
Do not return unused material to original containers. DO
NOT RESEAL or store partly used kegs. Material so stored
may have poor adhesion, Carbon Dioxide may generate and put
the drum under pressure, which might rupture the drum. Furthermore
partial or total solidification of the sealant may occur.
